SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Shipping takes 3~5 days. Each shipment costs NZ$10 anywhere in NZ. Purchase over $400 is free on shipping fee.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do our best to ensure you enjoy the purchase and the services with us! However, if you are unsatisfied with your ordered items due to issues (e.g. faulty products/ wrong item delivered/ shipment related issues), you can get a replacement or exchange of items if the following requirements are met:

Issue is raised within 7 days of receipt by contacting us on buddysports@gmail.com
Records of purchase and item receival are provided
Return item is in the same condition as received with original tags on

Approval by our team will be made by accessing the evidence and inspecting the returned item. If successful, we will provide you further options of replacement or exchange of items. Note that there are situations that return will not be acceptable, such as change of mind on purchased items, used product, etc.

Packaging condition must be the same as received. You will need to cover the delivery cost of the return (it is recommended to use tracked service to avoid potential delivery problems), while delivery cost of replaced or exchange items will be covered by us.

Membership

If you are unwilling to continue the membership, you can simply click on “unsubscribe” on your account page. Refundable items refer to the membership/ FAQ pages.
