Can I track the delivery details of the product purchased from the online shop?

Definitely! You will receive an email with a delivery tracking reference number following with your purchase confirmation email. Simply go to Track and Trace - NZ Couriers Parcel Tracking | NZ Couriers and enter the reference number to track your items.
Can I return products purchased from the online shop?

Do you ship internationally?

No sorry, we only do shipment in New Zealand.
Can I join your events if I am not a member?

Yes of course you can! Our events are open to everyone who is interested! Feel free to bring along your friends or make some new friends at our events!
What if I cannot join the events after I registered and paid?

Cancellation with refund can be made 1 day before the event starts. Simply notify us 24 hours prior to the event start time. If you have any questions, please flip us a message by messaging us on the website or emailing info@buddysports.co.nz.
How to join Buddy memberships?

What are the benefits of the membership?

What is the difference between Premium Buddy and Platinum Buddy memberships?

You will be a bigger boss! As a Platinum Buddy member, you will get more benefits such as doubling the Buddy Points on your purchase, unlimited free restring for rackets that are bought from us, exclusive birthday surprise, etc. More detail can be found on the page: Membership Plans | Buddy Sports.
How do we redeem vouchers?

You can purchase the vouchers with your accumulated Buddy Points, then choose to get it via delivery or pick up from our shop.
How do I withdraw my membership, and is it refundable?

Oh no, we feel sad that you are leaving us.…please let us know what we can improve! To withdraw the membership, you will find the cancellation on your profile page once signed in. Monthly and redeemed membership by Buddy Points are non-refundable. For annual membership, it is refundable within 3 months of the registration/ renewal of the year. NZ$20 administration fee and restring fee (if already redeemed) will be deducted.
